Stroom Studio is an independent product design studio operating from North Carolina, United States, and working with clients remotely worldwide. For any privacy question, email contact@stroomstudio.com.

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, company, and project details when you email us, submit an enquiry, or book a call through our scheduling tool.
• Scheduling information. When you book a call through the embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects the details you enter and the meeting time on our behalf.
• Usage information. Standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate region, device type, and browser, collected through Google Analytics.
• Approximate location. Our hosting provider passes a country-level signal with your request so we can display pricing in the appropriate currency. We do not store precise location data.
• Client project material. Files, content, and access credentials you share with us during an engagement, handled under the confidentiality terms of our agreement with you.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and we do not sell personal information.

• To reply to enquiries and schedule and hold consultation calls.
• To prepare proposals, scope work, invoice, and deliver projects.
• To display prices in the currency relevant to your region.
• To understand which pages and services generate interest, so we can improve the site.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, including record keeping under North Carolina and federal law.

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and conversions such as pricing views and consultation bookings. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site remains fully usable without analytics cookies.

We share limited information with providers that operate parts of this site and our business. Each processes data under its own privacy terms:

• Hosting and content delivery for this website.
• Calendly, for scheduling consultation calls.
• Google Analytics, for website measurement.
• Email, invoicing, and file-sharing tools used to deliver client work.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to run the engagement and to satisfy tax and legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or archive them. We use reputable providers, restrict access to project material to the people working on it, and rely on transport-layer encryption for data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim any formal security certification.

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from any message we send. Email contact@stroomstudio.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Where a state or national privacy law gives you additional rights, we will honour them.

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
